Actor Manoj Joshi sues Air India for ‘worst service’, airline responds: WATCH video


Indian Bollywood veteran actor Manoj Joshi has shared on Twitter the grief of his most recent experiences during his journey from Bhopal to Mumbai. Joshi shared his experience of flying on an Air India flight from Tata. With this, the actor has joined the likes of Arshad Warsi, Irfan Pathan and other celebrities who shared their bad experience with airlines on the microblogging site. The veteran actor criticized the airline for the flight delay, baggage drop-off at the airport and lack of escort staff. He even went so far as to call the airline’s services “worst yet.”

Manoj Joshi shared a video on Twitter sharing his experience with the caption: “@airindiain flight 634 was 3 hours late, and now I’m waiting for baggage that has been on the belt at @CSMIA_Official since the last 40 minutes. There is here no staff to guide or help. I have never experienced such worst service till now. They ruined my whole day. Who will reimburse?” The video shared by the veteran actor has more than 1 million views on Twitter and is still growing.

In the video, Manoj said: “The flight from Bhopal was delayed for about 3 hours. It took off, I came to Mumbai and my luggage was supposed to come on the belt. It contains a basket that has not come in the last 40 minutes.”

He further complained about the lack of presence of Air India staff, saying: “None of the Air India staff is here. Will they ever learn? I don’t need an apology because I have other work. I have somewhere to go 3 hours have been wasted, and if I wait 45 minutes for some of my luggage, what is this way of working? I had to call someone, then he came, and he left to bring my stuff. Nobody gave me all the information . This is ridiculous.”

Air India airline has taken note of the situation and responded to Manoj Joshi’s plea by saying: “Dear Mr Joshi, we hope you have now received your bag. Rest assured that your feedback has been passed on to the airport team for necessary assessment. Hope to serve you better next time you fly with us.”
