Delhi Metro Update: Blue Line Services Delayed at THESE Stations

Warn metro commuters! Please allow plenty of time before boarding the Blue Line metro as there is a delay in the Blue Line metro services running from Dwarka Sector 21 to Noida Electronic City/Vaisali. The reason for the delay is not yet known. Delhi Metro Rail Corporation took to Twitter to share the news. “Blue Line Update Delay in services from Dwarka Sector 21 to Noida Electronic City/Vaishali. Normal service on all other lines,” read the tweet. Commuters are advised to look for other means of transport in case of an emergency. On October 2, the metro rail services were disrupted by maintenance work.

The service interruptions were due to maintenance work between Yamuna Bank and the Akshardham section of the Blue Line on 2 October. During this period on Gandhi Jayanti, passengers traveling from one end of this route to the other had to transfer at Yamuna Bank. DMRC regularly carries out maintenance work on various routes to ensure the smooth operation of the metro. Similar announcements were made earlier for the maintenance work on the Yellow Line of the Delhi Metro.
