New Delhi: Farmers can hear good news ahead of PM KISAN’s 12th installment payout. According to media reports, the government is likely to make a BIG decision today regarding MSP from Rabi crops.


CCEA decision on MRO of Rabi crops

According to media reports, the government could make an important decision today regarding the MSP of Rabi crops in the meeting of the union cabinet and CCEA. Reports further claim that the government may announce an increase in the MSP of Rabi crop to 9 percent. Earlier in August, the Union Cabinet had increased the purchase limit of tur, urad and masoor dal to 40 percent under the Price Support Scheme (PSS) from the previous limit of 25 percent. PM KISAN 12th Payout

Reports are circulating in the media that Prime Minister Narendra Modi could transfer the much anticipated 12th installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) to the farmer’s account before Diwali. The beneficiaries of the PM-KISAN scheme, who have been eagerly awaiting the money from the PM Kisan 12th term, should hear the good news on October 17. According to the latest media reports, Modi’s government could transfer Prime Minister Kisan’s 12th tranche of Rs 2,000 into the bank accounts of eligible farmers during the opening of the two-day summit of Agri Startup Conclave & Kisan Sammelan hosted by the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare. While some media reports had previously reported that the government could credit Rs 2000 to the accounts of the beneficiary farmer (Gandhi Jayanti) on October 2nd. However, these are only initial reports as the government has not officially confirmed anything regarding the transfer of Rs 2,000 to the accounts of the beneficiaries of the PM-KISAN scheme.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi released the 11th tranche of the financial benefit under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme on May 31. PM Modi has transferred an amount of about Rs 21,000 crore to more than 10 crore beneficiary farming families.

The Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme was launched in 2019 by PM Modi. The scheme aims to provide income support to all farming families of landowners across the country with arable land, subject to certain exclusions.
