Gujarat Assembly Elections 2022: Congress MLA Paresh Dhanani cycles gas canister to polling booth – WATCH

New Delhi: The voting session for the 2022 Gujarat parliamentary election has begun in the state and the people of 89 constituencies will decide the fate of 788 candidates. People reach polling booths to cast their votes using all kinds of transportation, but Congress MLA Paresh Dhanani left his residence on a bicycle with a gas canister strapped to it to exercise the franchise.

In a video clip shared by the ANI news agency, Paresh Dhanani is seen riding a bicycle with a gas bottle strapped to it and on it, there was a paper stick comparing the current gas price to 2014.

Gujarat is conducting its first phase of polls today, December 1, for 89 seats. Voters will exercise their right to vote to decide the fate of 788 candidates, 69 of them women.
