UPPSC PCS 2021: The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) released the final result of the Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services Examination-2021, commonly known as PCS-2021, on Wednesday. The result of the UP PCS 2021 main exam was declared on July 12, 2022, on the basis of which a total of 1285 candidates were invited for an interview. The interview was conducted from July 21 to August 5, 2022, with 25 candidates absent. The committee ultimately declared a total of 627 candidates successful against a total of 29 types of 678 posts. While 02 posts of labor enforcement officer and 49 of director, ie a total of 51 posts remain vacant.

The marks obtained and the post-wise or category-wise cut-off marks of the candidates will be released soon on the official website of the commission. The secretary said the results have been made available on the official website of UPPSC at uppsc.up.nic.in for the benefit of the candidates. No suitable candidate was found for the remaining 51 vacant posts, including two labor enforcement officer posts and 49 directors of intermediate government colleges, and as a result, these posts have gone unfilled, he added.

Step 4: Download the PDF, print it and save it for future reference.

The positions for which the candidates have been declared successful include Deputy Superintendent, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Block Development Officer, Assistant Regional Transportation Officer, Deputy Commissioner (Commercial Tax), District Commander Homeguards, Treasury Officer/Accounts Officer (Treasury), Cane Inspector and Assistant Sugar Commissioner, District Cane Officer UP Agriculture Service Group “B” (Development Branch), Deputy Warden etc.

The commission had conducted PCS (Mains)-2021 at centers in Lucknow, Prayagraj and Ghaziabad between March 23 and March 27, 2022, in which a total of 5,957 candidates appeared. On July 12, the results of PCS (Mains)-2021 were announced and 1,285 candidates were declared qualified for the application round. However, a total of 25 candidates did not appear for the interview.
