Viral video of KL Rahul making a ‘Classy Six’ during Ind vs SA 2nd T20I in Guwahati

India vs South Africa 2nd T20I: Fiery 50-somethings from Suryakumar Yadav and Kl Rahul helped the Indian cricket team achieve a daunting 238-run goal for South Africa in India vs South Africa 2nd T20 International at Assam’s Guwahati cricket stadium on Sunday. Team India scored 237 runs for the loss of 3 wickets in their allotted 20 overs. South African skipper Temba Bavuma won the toss and invited India to bat first.

Star openers KL Rahul and Rohit Sharma took the crease to start the innings for India. KL Rahul, who has been battling heat for quite some time due to a slow net run rate, picked up where he left off in the last game. He started his innings with a boundary to set the momentum for what was about to hit the African bowlers.

KL Rahul struck aggressively from the start to pressure the bowlers from the very first delivery. He played a stormy innings of 57 runs in just 28 balls. KL Rahul took aim at every South African bowler and went on to hit four classic sixes and five brilliant fours from his bat.

Meanwhile, a video of KL Rahul’s classic ‘wristy six’ went viral on social media. The video has even been posted by the official Twitter handle of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).

India already leads the three-match T20I series 1-0. If India win the 2nd T20I vs South Africa, not only will the hosts seal the series 2-0, but it will be the first time team India has beaten South Africa in a T20I series on home soil.
