Yuvraj Singh Gets Trolled For ‘Welcome To 700 Club’ Tweet To Congratulate Cristiano Ronaldo

Cristiano Ronaldo scored his 700th goal on Sunday and he is the first player to achieve this feat. The 37-year-old couldn’t find a spot in the starting line-up but then stepped on to the pitch as an early substitute for Anthony Martial and scored a winning goal in the game against Everton.

Cristiano Ronaldo has scored 700 goals in 944 appearances. Former Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh then grabbed his Twitter handle and wished Cristiano. Yuvraj tweeted: โ€œKing is back! The form is temporary class is forever!!! Welcome to the 700 Clubs! No7 #Goat#legend siiiiii.โ€

As soon as he tweeted, people started trolling him for the phrase “welcome to 700 club.” He was mocked on Twitter, here are some of the reactions:

“That’s really impressive when you score 700 goals, it’s a huge achievement,” said Ten Hag. “I am very happy for him and congratulate him.

“He had to wait for it, but I’m sure there will be more goals to come. Every player needs goals. I’ve worked with goal scorers, they need goals every season to have that feeling. them the flow. Games are going to be easier. That will happen to him too,” he said.
